Who we are
Data Labs L.L.C-FZ ("DataLabs", "we", "us", or "our") is a programmatic media company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our main business address is Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
For website inquiries and business relationship information, DataLabs generally acts as the controller responsible for deciding why and how that information is used.
Scope and our programmatic roles
This policy applies to www.datalabs-ai.com, our commercial and partner communications, and personal information handled through our CTV, in-app, OpenRTB, VAST, reporting, quality, and partner-operations services.
In programmatic advertising, our legal role depends on the service and the instructions agreed with each partner. We may act as a controller for our own security, billing, quality, and relationship purposes, or as a processor or service provider when handling data on a partner's documented instructions. The applicable agreement controls where it provides more specific terms.
Information we handle
Website and inquiry information
- Company name, work email address, and business contact details.
- Partnership requirements such as formats, markets, integrations, quality requirements, and other information you include in a message.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, language, timestamps, and security or bot-detection signals.
Programmatic advertising information
Depending on the integration and the information lawfully supplied by our partners, advertising requests, responses, reports, and quality logs may contain:
- IP address, user agent, device type, operating system, browser, language, and network information.
- Mobile advertising IDs, cookie or request identifiers, and other pseudonymous identifiers where permitted.
- Site domain, app name, app bundle ID, store URL, publisher and placement identifiers, content metadata, and ad-format details.
- Country, region, city, postal code, or other location data. A partner may transmit more precise location data where legally permitted and supported by the applicable privacy signal.
- Consent, opt-out, and privacy strings, including signals used for GDPR, U.S. state privacy laws, COPPA, and similar requirements.
- Bid, impression, revenue, discrepancy, fraud, invalid-traffic, verification, and supply-path information.
We also receive business, contractual, billing, tax, payment, and compliance information from customers, suppliers, publishers, vendors, and professional advisers.
How and why we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and manage commercial relationships.
- Qualify partners, design integrations, route advertising requests, deliver and measure advertising, and provide reports.
- Apply QPS, format, GEO, supply-path, pricing, quality, and other operational controls.
- Detect fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, security incidents, discrepancies, and technical errors.
- Reconcile activity, calculate payments, issue or review invoices, resolve disputes, and maintain accounting records.
- Enforce agreements, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims.
- Improve our systems, services, controls, and partner operations using aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information where appropriate.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required. We expect partners supplying programmatic data to provide required notices, permissions, consent, and privacy signals.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and our role, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sales, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising; and appeal a decision on your request.
Send requests to tomer@datalabs-ai.com. State your country or U.S. state and describe the relationship or identifier connected with your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Because much programmatic data is pseudonymous and we may not be able to connect it to a named individual, please include the relevant advertising ID, request identifier, partner, and date range where available. We may direct a request to the partner that controls the data when we act only on that partner's instructions.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including the duration of a relationship, contractual reporting and reconciliation periods, tax and accounting requirements, security needs, limitation periods, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and partner agreement. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for longer where it cannot reasonably identify an individual.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International transfers
DataLabs operates from the United Arab Emirates and works with partners and service providers in multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where it originated. Where required, we use contractual safeguards and other lawful transfer mechanisms and assess the protections applicable to the receiving party.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website. Partners must identify and handle child-directed inventory in accordance with applicable law and the agreed technical privacy signals.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version here and change the effective date. We will provide additional notice where required for a material change.
