Use of the website
You may view, browse, and print pages of this website for your own business evaluation of DataLabs. You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system;
- interfere with the availability or security of the website, including by denial-of-service activity or automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it;
- introduce malware or any other harmful code; or

We may restrict or withdraw access to the website, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Information, not an offer
The website describes our services and how we work. It is provided for general information. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance, a commitment to supply any service, a guarantee of any commercial or performance outcome, or professional advice you should rely on without your own assessment. Any commercial relationship with DataLabs is governed by a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement prevails over anything stated on this website.
Partnership enquiries
The partnership intake form on this website does not send data to a DataLabs server. It prepares a message in your own email application, which you then choose to send or discard. Please do not include confidential, regulated, or personal information beyond ordinary business contact details in that message. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, layout, design, graphics, the DataLabs name and marks, and the arrangement of all of them, are owned by or licensed to Data Labs L.L.C-FZ and are protected by intellectual property law. Except for the limited use described in section 02, no licence to use any of it is granted to you. Trade marks and names of third parties referred to on the website belong to their respective owners.
Third-party links and services
The website links to third-party destinations, including our company profile on LinkedIn and the Google Play listing for our consumer software. We do not control those destinations, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We aim to keep the website available and its content accurate and current, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations that are not expressly set out in these terms, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the version that applies. We will change the effective date shown above when we revise them.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. You and we agree that the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
